Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CTS Network platform (the "Service") — available at ctsnetwork.id — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

CTS Network is an event ticketing and management platform that enables organizers to create and publish events, sell tickets, and manage attendees, and enables attendees to discover events, purchase tickets, and receive digital QR-code tickets for entry.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Roles

The Service defines the following user roles:

  • User (Attendee): Can browse events, purchase tickets, and manage their orders.
  • Organizer / Vendor: Must apply via the vendor registration form and receive approval before they can create and manage events. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings.
  • Scanner: Authorized personnel who can verify and scan tickets at event entry points.
  • Moderator / Admin: Internal CTS Network staff with elevated platform management permissions.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

If you use the Service as an organizer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your events, including dates, venues, ticket availability, and pricing.
  • Deliver the event as described to ticket holders, or provide timely refunds if the event is cancelled or significantly changed.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including local event permit requirements, health and safety regulations, and consumer protection laws.
  • Not list events that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or content that violates these Terms.
  • Take full responsibility for the management of your events and attendee experience.

6. Ticket Purchases and Payments

  • All ticket purchases are final unless the organizer specifies a refund policy or the event is cancelled.
  • Payment processing is handled by Midtrans. By completing a purchase, you agree to Midtrans's terms and conditions.
  • CTS Network is not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
  • Prices displayed include any applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital tickets (QR codes) are issued to your account upon successful payment confirmation.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.
  • Resell, transfer, or duplicate tickets in a manner that violates the organizer's policies or applicable law.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without prior written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software associated with CTS Network are the property of CTS Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By posting content on the Service (e.g., event descriptions, images, logos), you grant CTS Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CTS Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Midtrans (payment processing), and Google (OAuth sign-in). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. CTS Network is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.
